Yes, I can imagine all the unmarried couples who've been on top of each during lockdown are just itching to come to Thailand to get married. But not a second before they volunteer to be cooped up together again in a hotel room for 14 days.

Single rooms would fit for that.

Long loving conversations balcony to balcony.

"There will be substance to the quarantine not just Netflix".

Examples of what this entails were concerts that could be viewed from balconies, live shows direct to your room, meditation through yoga, and cooking classes.

wonder if these extra activities will be free, or their plan to up sale them as part of some sort of  special quarantine package?

Thailand's tourism authority has said that 14 day quarantine in the country will be enormous fun.

They expect tourists to come in their droves to learn yoga, cooking and watch concerts from their isolation balconies.

As Iggy Pop once said, "No Fun, No Fun, No Fun''

My girlfriend just was 2 weeks ago there in quarantine and she felt like a animal in a cage... could go 1 hour per day on the roof

but what a panoramic view

they make it sound like people will not want to leave this quarantine, are they having a laugh

Be a rude awakening to find out they've got all these balcony activities planned, said hotel doesn't allow you to go on the balcony, and you've already prepaid your stay ????

Very unlikely

Looked really well organized.  Fantastic to see that he was  taken care of so well ( typical amazing  Thai hospitality )

He liked it so much that he even felt  a little sad to be leaving. ????
