According to Deadline, the film, which the Oscar-winning actress stars in and also marks her directorial debut, is reportedly being sold for an "eight-figure sum" to the streaming giant. The film comes from Michelle Rosenfarb's script. It follows Halle as Jackie Justice, a disgraced MMA fighter, who has to conquer her own demons and face one of the fiercest rising stars of the MMA world to make her 6-year-old son proud of her after she walked out on him when he was very young. It's ultimately a story of redemption – both as an athlete trying to get back into the ring, and as a mother trying her best for her child.
