Why would you leave 25000 B overnight in a car?

so as to not forget it next time you drive your car

it is always wise to have such amounts of cash in hand when driving on the roads here
especially as a foreigner, just for that situation you were not expecting

although given the said person is not foreign and is from an "Influential family" so likely known where they are etc.
but for the foreigners here on TVF, i expect a few like myself make sure to have some contingency funds in the car at all times.

A very easy fix to the problem would be, to put the money in a different coloured envelope.

Everybody knows what's in a brown envelope.

Who would suspect money in a pink or purple envelope? Not even your wife. 555

My wife can sniff out money no matter where I hide it

it would be great if there was a handful of thai on TV who could comment on these kinds of articles. it would be wonderful to see and hear what they felt about this sort of thing happening. having a thai insight into some of these things may help us as the outsiders understand that ever elusive *thainess*

The photos are of the damaged Vigo, not the Beemer.

There's a photo of the Vigo and photos of the damaged BMW in the OP and the link.  I don't think Europa Motor sells many Vigos and the four door saloon car with the smashed rear window and BMW 320d badges doesn't look like much a Toyota pickup.
