1. I heard that there is no overstay fine until the 28th.  Is it true? 2. Will there be a fine on the 29th?  3. A tourist visa will be announced on the 29th.  At the same time, do you think there will be any announcement of visa extension?

You normally would not be fined for an overstay if you applied for an extension on the 28th since the 26th is a Saturday and immigration is normally closed on weekends.

If you applied on the 29th you would be fined for a 3 day overstay.

I think you mean "if you applied on the 28th 29th you would be fined for a 3 day overstay"

If an agent does the application it would be the same.
