teacherclaire
Please watch this wound daily, and it might be better to keep it dry. Using some powder that disinfects, it seems to be much better for it. The climate and humidity can be crucial. We all have a bacteria called Staphylococcus Aureus that lives on our skin. No problem with that if it doesn't get into a wound. A friend of mine had his own experience with that and almost lost his leg. If that would happen to you, you'll need an excellent microbiologist to find the right treatment; some strains are resistant. The problem he had was that doctors didn't see the severity of it. But an older nurse did, which saved his leg from amputation. I guess it's important to mention that the infection was from a good, but horribly diseased European hospital. Get well soon! Crossy
Well I'm still here, nothing has dropped off and really no change to the bite or whatever it is. Sid (snake) or Boris (spider) are the No1 contenders I suspect. Grass is being cut today, I'm sure the gardener will tell me if he sees anything interesting.
