rooster59
Police trying to identify man whose decomposed body was retrieved from sea By THE NATION A decomposed body was found floating in the sea off Chonburi province on Friday. At around 9.30pm, Sattahip police were informed by naval personnel that a dead body was found near Koh Lin, and taken to the Sattahip Navy Base. Police and rescue staff later reached the base. The male body was clothed in a blue long-sleeve T-shirt and crimson-coloured pants. Police said there was no document or evidence of the person's identity. Officials believed that the man must have been dead for around a week. They speculated that it could be a migrant labourer who had fallen into the sea by accident. The dead body has been sent to the forensics department for further investigation. Police also have contacted an organisation related to missing persons to hep find the relatives of the deceased.
