Agreed, don't get on a plane just yet. They will cancel the ASQ before long, test before departure, test on arrival.... be smart, social distance, wash hands, wear a mask IF necessary. There may be a slight CV19 case increase, but it won't come close to their daily / yearly vehicular road death numbers,  as you said get the show rolling - smiling Thai's again.....
