Roel
Been trying to contact Foodpanda for a while. Found only one telephone number in Bangkok that is actually meant for complaints about services. Number doesn't work. Then I found a Hong Kong email address. If you send an email it generates an automated message that "for my convenience'" I have to use an online form instead. Form doesn't work. Anyone any ideas? Cod Face
Click on "Help Centre" on your profile or near the bottom of their site or message them https://www.facebook.com/FoodpandaThailand/. Roel
Thanks Cod Face. No Help Centre button on the partner portal or any other means to contact to be found. Sent a message via facebook (although that function seems to be meant for the general public) and received a automated message, obviously in Thai only, that says they will reply when they feel like it. Meanwhile found out that they charge a commission of 35% plus VAT which equals 37.45%. Pretty steep. I reckon that many Thai individuals who started selling food through Foodpanda after they lost their income are selling at a minimal profit perhaps even at a loss without realizing it. Badrabbit
Great service but they do not answer, I've tried and now consider it waste of time trying.
Roel
Yeah "too big to fail" or in this case "too big to answer". Too busy counting their money and no time to bother with the plebs who generate that money for them.
KarenBravo
I think they are more geared up to receive orders via the internet rather than by telephone.
