geovalin Posted September 30, 2020 Share Posted September 30, 2020 Ministry of Interior police, led by the deputy prosecutor of the Phnom Penh Municipal Court on Monday, arrested eight women including the manager, accused of running a prostitution operation in Phnom Penh. Major Sok Sothea, police officer with the Anti- Human Trafficking and Juvenile Protection Department in the Ministry of Interior, told Khmer Times yesterday that they were arrested at about 8:30pm after police raided “Honey Honey Bar” near Sorya Mall, located in Daun Penh district’s Phsar Thmey II commune. Maj Sothea said police knew the establishment was facilitating prostitution after they observed the shop for about a month and noticed many men entering the premises for sex. Why waste all that time on the neck, arms, shoulder and back when they can just get "cracking" on the parts most guys are there to have massaged !
