bjaz Posted October 2, 2020 Share Posted October 2, 2020 (edited) I doubt you'll be able to go from non-B to non-ED in country. We tried that route in August - there were supposed to be regulation amendments announced around August 15 allowing to do so but they didn't happen, so we couldn't switch/convert, and the agent/school refunded the money. It's an expensive option because you are required to pay the PEO's monthly service fee plus reimburse them for your salary cost including with-holding tax and SSO. A friend of mine used one to obtain a Non Immi B visa with extension and a work permit issued by the BOI one stop shop in Chamchuri Square, Bangkok.
