Popular Post kingofthemountain
There is a new gym at the place of the old Tony's gym near the small Bukkhao market, upstair in the building on your left hand when you enter in the market coming from Bukkaho, just after the 7\11 at the corner it's a big room and the machines seems to be recent (Maybe it was the ones from Tony?). don't look to be overcrowded yet advertising says 900 bahts\month

kingofthemountain
As promised few photos on site today sorry for the quality but unfortunately the rain doesn't stop all day long and evening comes quick. First photo down the stairs with Soi bukkaho in my back the market is on my right hand second photo upstairs, the gym cover all the first floor it looks like it's very spacious and only few people inside (Mostly girls) last photo from the upstairs looking at soi Bukkaho the market is on my left hand imo the prices are very attractives, including the 120 bahts visit if you don't have the monthly subscription 1
Fujionrye
Jomtien Gym has a/c and much better equipment than any Tony's Gym. Sometimes cheapest isn't the best way to go.

Tony's gym doesn't exist anymore the OP gives Jomtien fitness in the first post of this topic with a promotion at 1200\month, asking if there is one cheaper in the Pattaya area, He doesn't ask where you can find the best equipment. I gave Sun fitness in my post at 900\month, and it's not a promotion I am sure you can find a nicer and better gym in Pattaya area in the 2000\3000\month range for some the view is important too and Coco fitness at the last floor of Mike shopping has a fantastic bayview in front of the beach, but it wasn't the specific request here.

I certainly won't go to a place that is not decent aircon even if it's free. Edited October 17, 2020 by shdmn

The OP was asking the cheapest in the Pattaya\Jomtiem area i don't know about the aircon or the equipments as i don't use any of these gyms, and i don't have any interest in none of them so feel free to do your own search at theses places if you have special requirments Edited October 17, 2020 by kingofthemountain 2

It's pretty much essential for a lot of people. You kept going on about the price like that is the only criteria. My gym often has one or two using the sauna during my visits. One man's waste of time is another's recreation. Just gon' have to suck it up, pal. 3 hours ago, jacko45k said: That is a shame.... when I used a gym in the UK the Sauna after felt great and was heck of a laugh with the chat and joking. Do people not bother wasting time even in a shower now? Thing is, living in Thailand is kinda like living in a sauna full-time anyway. When I lived in or visted northern countries, I enjoyed saunas and jacuzzis, not to mention hot springs in Japan, wonderful. Here, never. Probably wouldn't enjoy such in the UK, however, owing to the chat and joking, what of it I could comprehend. The gym I go to is filled with pretty ladies doing the jazzercise thing with the young Thai guy instructor. I go there before noon and very seldom see any guys working out, just the ladies driving nice cars. I hit the steam room every day after an hour of lifting weights. I put some menthol oil on a tissue where the steams enters the room, man just so good. 1

The Sauna off 2nd rd across from Central Marina has a small gym. It is a bit grubby but 200b for sauna or steam(she only has 1 turned on at the moment because it is quiet) cold pool and swimming pool. Watermelon and iced tea. Is men only. Girl doing massages. I think it is called Silom Sauna. 1
