They are not impressed with Barnier using their industries as a bargaining chip in a negotiation where he has clearly over-reached. The pressure has built on Barnier and the lid is coming off. The desperate British hear 1 of them speaking and they see light at the end of the tunnel. It seems the British (including you) are really getting desperate.
