Chief of Satun Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Department Somkiet Intarakum (สมเกียรติ อินทรคำ) has warned its districts that have capes or waterfalls to take caution of flash floods, mudslide, and tropical storm after raining. Mr. Somkiet says rain may cause unexpected natural disaster; therefore, it is important for Satun to be ready to handle with possible disasters.
