trevoromgh
Found a link to a page which describes running a built-in Microsoft tool to 'repair' the Office 365 programs. The article is located at the link below and takes approx 20 mins to run the Quick Repair option but it worked nicely for me and I hope it does for other TV members. It saved me from filling my swear box with satang. Why Microsoft don't publicise it or why the bugs are not corrected in the normal Windows update process is anyones guess. https://www.groovypost.com/howto/repair-microsoft-office-365-installation/ Good luck
xylophone
Found this tool when I had problems with Office 365, Outlook in particular, and ended up uninstalling Office 365. Now when I try to re-install Office 365 it won't let me, coming up with all sorts of error codes!
trevoromgh
Oh dear ... yes you have to be careful to click the CHANGE button rather than the UNINSTALL button next to it. Maybe you need to run the 'online repair' function assuming you have a broadband connection as it might take some time.
