Applied 18th Sept Consideration stamp 8th Oct Received notice of approval yesterday Was handed attached form, was told could apply for 60 day extension from Nov 1st onwards, and would have to wait 15 days from date of application to receive the stamp. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

What type of Visa did you arrive on, and why just do these small 30 and 60 days extensions unless you are not able to obtain one based upon being married to a Thai, being retired, having a WP and job. If it is just for a regular VOE tourist visa then yes you were successful in getting the amnesty extension, but after November 30 you might want to find another visa type if your planning on staying here. I personally would think ~1000/month to stay in Thailand without for example money in bank (retirement extension) etc is a pretty good deal.
