roger101
My bank recently made a payment to Google (2000 Baht). As far as I remember I have never paid Google anything. After getting no joy from the bank(they even took an hour on the phone to find out that the payment was to Google) So I thought I would go home and contact Google direct. Plenty of sites telling you what to do if your unhappy with their search service and how to improve it but no contact address. I finally found an email address of their press office and sent them an Email asking if they could help or at least an address for the right department. So far no reply. So I was wondering if anybody here knows of a direct email address. Thanks
Popular Post dddave
Not helpful but keep in mind, the last thing ANYBODY at Google wants to deal with is YOU. Even the AI machines don't want to talk to you. Somewhere on your statement should be a billing code...there has to be for them to pay out. Like you, I found a "Google store" payment on my bank statement. It took a while on the phone with my banks CS but eventually the billing code was found and it turned out I was being billed for a website on which I had stupidly signed-up for a "FREE" trial and it had defaulted to payment. I was able to stop it but never was able to get a refund of the amount paid out. Edited October 24, 2020 by dddave

To the OP: think again where you entered your account/debit card data. Play Store would also be my first guess. Fraud: if you have a debit card that is enabled for online purchases you might be victim of data theft. Someone copied data from debit (credit) card and used it for online purchase.
Popular Post Matzzon
Above we can see all the useless comment that do not help at all. Why do people continue to post without having any knowledge about the answer to the thing in question? However, I will have some questions. Do you have a GF, wife or children that can buy things with your, maybe, registered account on Google? If not then there will be ways of contacting Google. Below you will see some: Phone number +1-866-246-6453 After that you can register at LinkedIN and connect to Google that way. I have Matt Cutts, the head of Google SEO as a contact.
