Kbank App (101 Error)

Is anyone else having problems with the KBank app? I have the latest version but when I try to start the app I get "The system is unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later. (101)" This has been happening the whole weekend. I don't know if it started earlier because I didn't use the app last week.

 The response that you are getting is typical if you enter an incorrect password.

Suggest that you enter an incorrect password .

If that does not highlight the problem then  a phone call or a visit will be required -I suspect
