geovalin
The government has deposited more than $31 million to Wing agents nationwide to provide for the third round of payments for the IDPoor equity card scheme, set to benefit nearly 700,000 poor and vulnerable families, equivalent to 2.8 million people. Director of the social welfare department at the Ministry of Social Affairs, Chhour Sopannha told Khmer Times yesterday that the government has delivered $31.24 million for the first monthly payment distribution from yesterday to November 24. People with verified equity cards can now receive cash benefits at Wing agents across Cambodia. “As for how many people will receive benefits for November and December, I do not know yet because we are still waiting to review new equity applicants,” he said. Sopannha said the ministry has also removed around 10,000 families who falsely reported they deserve benefits. read more https://www.khmertimeskh.com/50776774/government-allocates-over-31-million-more-for-idpoor-scheme/
