Non-immigrant B extension

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I need your advice. Sorry if the question had been already asked.

I was fired recently. My visa (non-immigrant B) got cancelled on 30th September during the recent amnesty. My passport says I had to leave the country 6 October.

I would like to know the conditions to extend my stay here legally for at least 30days. To be honest, I prefer to stay in Thailand until the situation in my country improves.

My embassy doesn't provide any letters or documents.

Regards,

Other than the immigration 60 day extension(s), from a non-B agents can get you a 12 month non-O extension "for volunteering" - costly (35K to 50K) but pretty straightforward.
You will need to make sure your work permit has been cancelled.

So basically, I just need to complete the 60 days extensions and pay?

Just apply and pay the 1900 baht fee.
