webfact
Chon Buri man held for 'physically abusing' stepson By The Nation An "abusive" stepfather in Chon Buri has confessed to physically assaulting his 5-year-old stepson after the boy’s teacher leaked a photo and asked for help online. The kindergarten teacher posted a picture of the boy with bruises all over his body and asked organisations related to child abuse to help him. On Tuesday, police acknowledged the situation and arrested the 24-year-old stepfather. During interrogation, he confessed to the crime. The police also reported that the man allegedly had drugs on his body and he was charged with using illegal substances. The boy’s mother was summoned to meet the police on Wednesday. The provincial social development and human security office has taken in the boy to evaluate his mental condition before sending him for treatment. brianthainess
Why does everything have to be reported online? Is there no national phone number/email for *child services* It seem the only way to get officials to do there job is put it online otherwise its kept private and swept under the carpet.
