georgesch
My pension is more than double the required income (65,000B/m) for an O-A visa. Can I use that pension statement for both my wife and myself? If not, what kind of Letter of Guarantee is required from a foreign bank? We are coming from the USA. Thanks in advance for any help. ubonjoe
Each person applying for the OA visa must have their own financial proof. Your wife could not use part of your income to apply for hers. Normally your wife would be issued a non-o based upon being a your spouse to enter the country and then get a extension of stay. Bu those are not be offered at the time. The letter from the bank needs to state the account is valid and the balance on the day it is written. Requirements for the OA visa is here on the embassy website in DC. https://thaiembdc.org/2020/09/30/nonimmigrantoaox/ 1
