They were likely red once!

A floating restaurant like the "Jumbo" in Aberdeen harbour HK might entice a few - bit expensive though given the likely return.

 

 

 

Am I wrong, or was there something similar in Pattaya bay a few years back?

There were restaurants on two Penang style ferries moored near Bali Hi and the guests went out on boats. I wasn't aware that they had gone, but it's been a while since I was there.

For this, he wants to fill the boats with those "special" tourists. They will clean the sea from those "inedible" creatures by eating them.

There are several in the bay right now.
