ivenius
Hey, I have the last week of December off and plan to go somewhere for the New Years Eve. I'm in my twenties and it would be nice to party a bit ???? I've been looking into Samui/Phanghan/Tao, but reading the topics in their forums it looks like it's really empty. I'm not sure about Phuket, maybe it could be a little bit busier. I live in Bangkok, so I'm trying to get away somewhere. Do you have any guess, where is it worth going to for the NYE this year? polpott
No party towns in Thailand this NYE. Phuket is super dead. Pattaya would be the liveliest but don't expect too much.
Bangyai
Pattaya if you want to party. Anywhere else will probably be pretty dead. Lots of people from the city will pile in their for the holidays.

PATONG and some west coast beach towns are dead; Most of Phuket its life as normal without the many taxi's. mini and tour bus's clogging the roads. Just in Kamala alone there over 12 bars open, ( including Cafe Del Mar) and doing business, plus numerous restaurants and hotels open

Plenty of girls getting bored. 5555555
