She investigated if land + house was legally OK : building permit + land sizing + land tax payment balance Checked if any constraints for previous ownership of seller vs eventual succession to third parties. Detailed home report with estimated value. Arrangements + administration with local land office. Was agreed lump sum before contracting = 20.000THB. Job was great and flawless.
