Is it possible to enter Thailand with a setv visa even if it is classified as a medium risk country? The Thai Embassy in Korea said that if Korea is classified as a medium risk, it cannot enter Thailand.

But, This Forum member said "You can enter to Thai, If your country have medium risk country.

The STV is the only one where a country's risk status is a factor so an SETV application should be OK, but as always, there may be differences in interpretation in different embassies.

I think you know this anyway from the responses to your multiple threads on the issue.

Thailand is a very low risk country. But it won't be for very long if they were to start letting Covid-infested foreigners enter. Thank god that Thailand appears to know that.

Well it doesn't matter if you are covid infested if you have to quarantine anyways and do 4 tests in total to be sure you are not released with it.

So you propose changing a success story system that appears to have kept Covid out of Thailand and total deaths at only 60, for a new less stringent one while numbers climb everywhere else?
