hospital dual pricing

when reading which hospitals to get covid test, i see some hospitals are using dual pricing.

one price for Thais. and one price for foreigners.

is it harder to test a foreigner than a Thai??

this is not the time for dual pricing during the covid time!!

There's never a right time for dual pricing, just find an alternate hospital

Where my wife's village is there is only one hospital. For a proper hospital they had to drive over 2 hours.
