Pennsylvania Judge Halts Further Vote Certification Steps

I think if it goes to the supreme court, it's their call, and the evidence is solid, then the conservative court will be on the presidents side.. it's just like the last 15 years here here-the yellow(conservative) side thinks that voting should be well considered and has limits, Thaksins red's just wanted to throw ballots all over the place with village heads telling their people who to vote for..

 

in the US I think conservative judges will be inclined to throw out questionable votes, even if they throw out legitimate votes along with them, where the liberals are much looser with the votes, more like the voting is done by random mailers or like an internet poll-like 'likes' on a facebook group

The lawsuit is made by republicans complaining about the voting system republicans voted to approve. So they are suing themselves and holding up their own nominations.

 

Again, trump cant win anything, its not a lawsuit pertaining to what has been certified.

On top of it, the law in question has been voted by a GOP led legislature, so he basically filed a complaint against himself. ????

 Alito ruled that mail in ballots arriving after November 3rd should be sequestered. About 10,000 ballots arrived late. Even if they are disqualified it would make no difference as to who Pennsylvania voters elected

Republican judges have also thrown out Trump's campaign baseless lawsuits.

As concerns this case, it is about a lawsuit by Republican lawmakers to prevent their own election to be certified, as Biden election is already certified.

 This case is particularly hopeless for Trump supporters. There is some support for the notion that the Supreme Court will rule that only state legislatures  can make laws and rules regarding voting. If they so decide then questions as to the constitutionality of the law re the Pennsylvania State Constitution are null and void . If not then the Pennsylvania Supreme Court will almost certainly overrule Judge McCullough. It's what is called a lose-lose situation for Trump supporters.

Pennsylvania state legislature is holding hearings of election issues and irregularities with  witnesses who have signed sworn affidavits ! This is the first time the  witnesses have spoken out publicly in a hearing ,I believe.

It's  dangerously convincing  from what I'm hearing  and now   a judge has  ordered a evidentiary hearing !

Its gonna all play out in the Supreme Court imop . Truth and justice  will rule the day ,its the American way!

Alito also ordered that Republicans had to have access to observe the vote counting.  That was ignored by the Democratic  operatives running the count.  So he had to reissue the order.

I would be interested to see the links to the lawsuits you mention and the judges.  No doubt there are exceptions to the rule.  And in any case a sufficient number may well be appealed up to SCOTUS which is my main point.

 

But with so much irregularity and so many lawsuits, I would not expect all of them to prevail in any case.
