Every news link (6) and video (4) says the same thing, that he is paralyzed from the chest down. Everyone must have absolutely no idea the same as me. 
And he said it also, you would think he would know himself.
 

Anyway, enlighten me, after watching the video, what is your diagnosis? Is he the real deal or having us on?
