Considering the current situation, shouldn't there be a sticky with up to date info on tourist visas?

I've been sifting through this forum for 20 minutes trying to find out the latest on tourist visas but to no avail. And I consider myself a good 'searcher'. If I am struggling, I'm positive the majority looking for this info would be worse off. Why not a one stop information hub on current visa news as a sticky? I'm sure there are millions who are interested in the topic.

 

Look, I know I could do just this or that to get the info, but whatever this or that is is going to be significantly more cumbersome to a) know what it is b) find it than to just click on a sticky. So why that and not a sticky? 

 

With that out of the way.... 

 

What's the latest on tourist visas? Heard Thailand is open to all. Is it back to normal (pre-covid era)? Need a visa from embassy? If yes, is it the same as before or are there new requirements? Quarantine?

The requirements depend of the application embassy? South Africa.

It can vary from one embassy or consulate to a another one.

Here is the requirements for the embassy in Pretoria.

But there are other requirements now due to covid 19. You will need a certificate of entry, reservation at a ASQ hotel for the 14 day quarantine and etc. I found no info about the current requirement and procedure on their website. You will need to contact them the certificate of entry and etc.
