What's wrong with Trump's supporters?  Incredibly violent.  This is sick.

Quote

He said a 20-year-old contractor in Gwinnett County for Dominion Voting Systems, which has become the subject of baseless right-wing conspiracy theories, had received death threats. The worker's family was also getting harassed, Mr Sterling added.

The unnamed man had been threatened with a noose and accused of treason, Mr Sterling said, after transferring a report on ballot batches to a county computer so he could read it.

Maybe Barr finally realized that he wants a life after Trump.

I hope he will be prosecuted for working like a private lawyer for Trump and not in the interest of the USA.

Barr is a smart guy. I 'm sure he managed to technically respect laws and covered his ass.

Barr did not say there was no fraud . If you are going to quote him tell the truth .

Pedantic much?

I have been accused of that today by another poster. No names, no pack drill.

Is that better for you?

quote from the report on the BBC News website

"US Attorney General William Barr says his justice department has found no proof to back President Donald Trump's claims of fraud in the 2020 election.

"To date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election," he said."

1 Dec 2020
US Attorney General William Barr said on Tuesday the Justice Department has not uncovered evidence of widespread voter fraud that would change the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.

His comments come despite President Donald Trump’s repeated claims that the election was stolen, and his refusal to concede his loss to President-Elect Joe Biden.

As predicted, Trump not happy with Khun Barr.  Also some insight into why Barr might have come clean...

[President Trump remained livid at Attorney General William P. Barr on Wednesday, with one senior administration official indicating there was a chance Barr could be fired]

[An associate of Barr’s, speaking on the condition of anonymity, said Barr decided to speak to the AP in part because he knew questions about the election would continue well beyond his departure from the Justice Department.]

[“He has to leave, and he does not want there be questions about whether the department was sitting idly by under his watch with respect to investigating fraud,” the associate said.]

This is what swamp-draining looks like in the Trump Administration:

Trump aide banned from Justice after trying to get case info

The official serving as President Donald Trump’s eyes and ears at the Justice Department has been banned from the building after trying to pressure staffers to give up sensitive information about election fraud and other matters she could relay to the White House, three people familiar with the matter tell The Associated Press.

Heidi Stirrup, an ally of top Trump adviser Stephen Miller, was quietly installed at the Justice Department as a White House liaison a few months ago. She was told within the last two weeks to vacate the building after top Justice officials learned of her efforts to collect insider information about ongoing cases and the department’s work on election fraud, the people said.

Barr to step down as attorney general

Attorney General William Barr will step down from his position in the coming days, leaving the Trump administration about a month before Joe Biden's inauguration.

President Trump announced Barr's decision on Twitter, saying that the two had a "very good" relationship and praising Barr for doing an "outstanding job."

Trump is going full hate on Barr.  Must be really disheartening working for Trump.  It doesn't matter what you've done for him, only what have you done for him lately.  Being "loyal" to Trump means being able to lie and lie your ass off for him.  Barr may be able to bend or distort the truth, but he can't make up lies like Rudy.  Not good enough for Trump.

[...Trump complained that Barr “hasn’t done anything” and that DOJ officials “haven’t looked very hard, which is a disappointment, to be honest with you.”]
