Only last night I went to the shop next door to us, to be given an EMS package addressed to us. As we weren't at home, the shop-owner signed for it. Simple said Simone Then why not allow a photo of the buyers ID (showing proof of age) be uploaded online and then the goods delivered to/received by that person?
