Yes. You should read them. Where does the judge's cancellation order mention what Giuliani said?

Why would he have to? I'll give you 3 guesses as to the name of the lawyer who presented the case before Judge Brann. Whose arguments do you think Judge Brann was addressing?

The judges cancellation order?  What has that got to do with your initial statement?  You asked for links that Guiliani said that it was not a fraud case!!!

Perhaps you should listen to the clip...from about 37 seconds in guilaini says "YES THIS IS NOT A FRAUD CASE".

Your bottom link said it was the state (defence) lawyer who said it. Not Giuliani!

She’s a first class fruit loop who pleaded guilty to sending video of her being humped to her boyfriend’s ex-wife. And you refer to her as some upstanding citizen. She has zero credibility.

Actually, I believe she sent that video to her ex-boyfriend's current wife.

I agree that all of this would have to be all demonstrated and proven in court, which is the place that these people are having a hard time accessing so far.

So all the court documents published by the respective courts must be referring to a completely different Trump then who apparently had much better success accessing those courts since he’s mentioned as the plaintiff.

You mean there are men in America who would hump her? Wow.

Saturday, Sen. William Ligon (R – Brunswick), Sen. Greg Dolezal (R – Cumming), Sen. Brandon Beach (R – Alpharetta) and Sen. Burt Jones (R – Jackson) drafted a Petition calling for and convening a Special Session.

So the answer would be, Tippaporn, Republican Senators that are terrified of Dear President is the reason for "why this".

Not much of a riddle...

Another allegation sans evidence?  Seems to me to be simply an opinion.  We've all got those.  Not much of an answer.

What are the specific allegations in the affidavits.

Why hasnt rudy produced them to the court.

There are many affidavits available for the public to read.  Your question suggests you have not the interest to find and read them.  Why is it that I've been able to read quite a few of them?

Your second question is revealing as well.  Do you think Rudy walked into court with an empty briefcase?
