Dental work can also easily add up unless you got that covered in health insurance too. And yes, you can earn around that lending (variable rate depending on markets) or currently 12% set on stable coins at for instance youhodler.com For sure: your risk is with whatever platform you then trust with your money as a 3rd party. You do not get 12% (and often more when lending via say bitfinex.com but variable rate - 13% as I type this) without there being more risk. Everyone's idea of comfortable is different, its almost impossible to say how much you need to live a comfortable life anywhere. From the photos it looks like Citismart Condo on Suk 18 , not one of the (higher) quality condos in the Asoke area. However, as he posts, his money priorities are elsewhere. From what I know of rents in Citismart he does seem to be paying somewhat above market for that size of unit, and some units are showing their age in Citismart . Must be that it’s nicely furnished!
