WineOh Posted December 22, 2020 Share Posted December 22, 2020 any tech geeks here may like to know that the apple store at ICONSIAM is really good. They have everything apple related (of course) and the level of service from the 'specialists' is of the highest quality. It really took me by surprise to be honest. I have been used to dealing with the numerous istudios and icares around the city but this place is on another level. The shop itself offers spectacular views of the riverside and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. Really makes a welcome change from dealing with miserable shop assistants and those that are too scared to talk with a foreigners at your average thai establishment. Keep up the good work! I get completely ignored whenever I go in one of those. I can be standing about for 20 minutes and not a single clerk will come up to help. Thais get all the help they need though. I have no idea. Only went in for a pair of headphones. Will be returning in the new year for an ipod touch and to trade in my iphone 11. Too big and heavy. I did a walk-in today at CentralWorld Apple Store to buy some products without an appointment and last week at ICONSIAM to browse, without an appointment. They really are commited to going beyond expectations, even when they will make a loss, to win your trust as a lifelong customer and advocate.
