Setting an example is great!  But protecting the POTUS is critical. I'm no fan of Trump. But his passing would have devastating consequences.

False science is coming from the conservatives. Along with lots of fake news.

Trump and his administration could not organise a F!!1! in a brothel. Again he probably would not pay the lady but make lots of promises that would amount to nothing .The man is totally incompetent and rules with fear rather than logic. The Biden administration has a massive job in front of them and are getting no help from the Trump outgoing administration. Definitely a tiny little boy in a mans job who is now sulking and trying to ruin the party for everyone.

which sounds bad, but when you take into consideration the compounding effect, it is going to be a lot worse. 

 

Now it is already in Australia, Europe and Japan. And unfortunately the USA, where it will spread like wildfire as they don’t have any rules in place to stop it. 
 

This will be the final nail in the coffin for many businesses worldwide who have just managed to hold on until now. 
I really feel for them.
 

I know a woman in Phuket who has worked hard all her life and had to close down her 11 pharmacy shops last week. The bank will also take her house. Nice lady. She is one of millions in this situation.

The U.K. is just guilty of identifying it. It was always going to happen .  I may have read your post wrong but it just sounded like you were suggesting the U.K. started this virus.

The U.K. was just guilty of identifying it first! It’s already been doing the rounds across the globe.  Unlike some countries governments the U.K. didn’t hide the fact that this virus was killing people and neither will they hide the appearance of the mutant more infectious strain.

It wouldn’t of mattered imo. And we are most definitely not under house arrest . And it’s freezing anyway , I would love nothing more than house arrest for a few months ????

There are thousands of Covid 19 mutations. The UK scientists just happen to be good at tracking them and identifying serious mutations. You should be thanking the UK for identifying this particular strain and warning the rest of the world about it. 

Just because your lot can't find the more dangerous mutations in your country, doesn't mean they are not there.

Ummm....perhaps the US scientists couldn't detect it because it wasn't there?

 

I've read some 200k mutations of the virus...so far.
