AndroidTV is the official google AndroidTV OS. The android OS on many Chinese TV boxes is just a modified version of the android versions for a tablet or phone. I don't know if any of the channel links contained therein would work anymore. First of all, which iptv app do you have installed on your smart Android TV. To view the links in that m3u file and to install it you need to have installed an iptv apk, for example 'iptv pro' or something similar. Have a look at fluxus.tv website, I see there is resources and instructions and m3u files for various tv OS platforms.
