Provincial governor Charnna Iamsaeng and the region 2 chief Lt-Gen Weera Jirawira were all smiles as they joined other senior cops in front of police HQ. Weera said it was high time that his men got tough and vice was cracked down upon. A total of 55 machines including slot machines were on display and would be examined by the customs department. Investigations were underway and 45 arrests had been made. 'were all smiles' Is that wishful thinking as they're all wearing masks, or is it Rooster's humour shining through in the translation? 2

Popular Post darksidedog 50,816
Those machines look like they are well past their sell by date. Being Thailand you have to wonder if this ancient stuff has been lobbed forward to divert attention away from the newer models undoubtedly out there, while allowing those in power to claim a victory. 10 1

A fair assumption that they are smiling. The machine in the middle has definitely been emptied.
