ThailandRyan 16,446
Do they run it over with a steam roller to flatten it? Or is it like a fettucine noodle? Guess I will have to do some research. So here it is and it sounds interesting Flattened rice is rice which is flattened into flat, light, dry flakes originating from the Indian subcontinent. Rice is parboiled before flattening so that it can be consumed with very little to no cooking Edited January 6 by ThailandRyan
