That is an illogical post, possibly reflecting your mental capacity. Please post a reliable study which you draw your inference from.

Reasonable research skills will bring you to a myriad of academic articles, well researched, and peer reviewed, that gambling addiction and some other mental health diagnosis are often co-morbidities.

So is prostitution, is that a problem in your opinion?

No not a problem for me but the police seems to act upon some people gambling now

because of covid, not because it is illegal.

That is another discussion.

The headline should be an Asian foreigners because I didn’t see any farangs there.

I do. Actually I can't see any Asian foreigners.  In fact, I know that guy, he is a Russian pro.

Ask Cambodia about the advantages of having legal casinos. Jobs, jobs, jobs.

Videos I've watched about Cambodia and its Chinese casino invasion show Cambodians are unhappy with what this did to their country.

If you look into this  a bit you'll learn the vast majority of the jobs created by casinos are filled by Chinese.

There was a stabbing in one yesterday, Chinese guy killed his mate by stabbing him in the neck.

There's always the whiff of desperation in these Casinos, even the big ones in SEA, Singapore, Genting in KL etc.

Personally hate the places and I am thankful Thailand doesn't allow them.

It has completely destroyed Sihanoukville.

Crime by Chinese gangs is rampant now in Cambodia.

I'm sure the PM is rubbing his hands in glee by now seeing the fruits of his labor trying to eradicate gambling,

the Thais will be let go after paying a 'big fine' and the rest, i don't envy them right now...

I thought he announcedlast week that there were no more gambling dens, or was that just in Bangkok?

Ask the Cambodians  from the Sihanookville area how wonderful it has made their lives and City. It certainly has reduced the variety of the visitors.

That is the fault of the Cambodian government. They could follow the Thai model of requiring a majority employment quota for Cambodian citizens.
