pagallim Posted January 10, 2021 Share Posted January 10, 2021 I've used quite a few places over the years, and without doubt the best one is the Bike Center on Kwang Road near the Chaofa East junction. Sunny, the owner, is a bike enthusiast himself and treats every bike as if it was his own. Just looked at their Facebook page, and they are actually closed until the 15th January.
