He is a witness and also may be charged. Under both accounts he should not be allowed to represent trump. But that would be a good thing for trump.

Go quietly and go now and all the crimes and misdemeanors will be swept under the carpet. It may sound far fetched but I am sure the power in America just wants to draw a line under all this. What has happened with Trump is staggeringly embarrassing for the USA on the world stage. To go through months of court cases which will be followed with relish by the world's media would just prolong the agony of whole Trump fiasco. Personally I think he should be shamed and blamed to the the full extent of the law but unfortunately I think that is unlikely to happen. I think it's going to be the opposite. I think the Dems (and maybe quite a few GOP) are worried about his continued influence and a run in 2024. To let him off is basically tacit approval for what he is done and would embolden both himself and his base. An example needs to be set and although it will cause problems in the short term, in the long term it's better for all. 6
Popular Post Pedrogaz 3,956
I guess this tells you everything you want to know about Trump....stupidity itself. Could there possibly be a worse lawyer in the US than Guiliani???? To select him out of the thousands of smart lawyers is an act of insanity.

As we know, Trump only listens to those who amplify his insane thoughts. If you don't agree with him, you're fired! Sadly....

Getting disbarred is a very serious threat in that case.

Incorrect. They are going to kick him out of the club but there are no plans to disbar him. "The group is a private professional association and revoking Giuliani's membership does not mean he would lose his law license." https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/donald-trump/new-york-state-bar-association-moves-remove-rudy-giuliani-its-n1253722

Why would disbarrment prevent Rudy from pretending to be a lawyer? 1

I was misinformed. The Bar Assn in question is a voluntary bar association in NY State, not the one that licenses lawyers. So far Giuliani's law license is still intact. I guess even they are finally embarrassed by the clown show now. The old ones have been replaced by a few new ones. New names, same delusional garbage.

If they come down against him in large numbers then the question is "why have you waited until now to condemn him?"
