IF the All powereful PRIME MINISTER will not do what he says then asking to PUBLIC to do a JOB the Police should handle is an admission of Failure.

Had he REFORMED the P{olice most of this would be unecessary, but he keeps asking officials to do the job properly. Tells me they ( the officials be they Police or anyone else ) do not care one jot .

Oops, my mistake - he knows that already. A few years ago he promised a complete overhaul of the RTP, then ran away scared.

The police are to busy working and patrolling the countries roads and highways to prevent accidents and keep the fatalities down to bother about gambling dens.

This request is just a front as if they don't know.  Go to each province and ask the Governor then to each District then their police departments you need not go any further while you are there get your donation.

The OP strangely doesn't mention the current problem with gambling dens, which is that they become super-spreader venues (like boxing and cock-fighting venues) - enclosed, packed places where people are not social-distancing, and worse: probably shouting at each other.
