It seems Kasikorn website is down , my internet works for others , but K+ app keep turning wheels howing , direct Kbank online does not open message given .

Microsoft look up give message my configuration is O.K. but Kasikorn is not  online .

 

My location Pattaya Jomtien

And Contact center is a disaster .... seems not to understand what i reported ,,,,,  "try contact your bank branch "...,

Anybody in Pattaya or around can confirm he can contact or not Kasikorn online or K+ app ? As i can contact all other local or worldwide banks ...

As it seems they are not aware .... or only local problem ?

By Google possible the home website , but login not possible , then you get that screen KK not responding ....login link  is the problem point

and is not a laptop problem as is same case with smartphone , tablet , and Asus laptop ..... can access my 2 Europe banks and all other things , general website by google works , until click login  .... nothing more

Strange as i can go to KK home page as on the screenshot ..... but when clicking right up corner on login .... i get that Microsoft page that can not reach that page , and further lookup shows that second Microsoft lookup result ...

 I got already to KK Tesco Sukhumvit , they checked account....😓, money O.K. .. 😉contact center warned , all is o.k. as this is a strange happening as all my other internet is in normal behavior , and i stopped already some security hunters programs ... ( with no avail change ,) 

 

Tomorrow up to my KK branch .

Sounds like a networking issue (DNS?).

What is your provider? (3BB, ToT, ...)?

Seems better in the IT forum?

3bb never had this problem , and it is ONLY on the login link up right corner who does not go further , as home screen is reachable ...

I go no further posting as i can sleep now...5555 as 😉i know no interference from " outsiders " as it looks only on my line (3 items , smartphone ,tablet ,and ;laptop  all over wifi , but tried smartphone over mobile data ,no work neither

Your Kbank app is on your phone, so instead of using wifi, use your mobile network, as it will be different provider and IP as your PC.

 

If then still doesn't open, someone probably is having a party with the money that was in your account
