Popular Post Jonathan Fairfield
Major security breach at Suvarnabhumi airport as man high on drugs drives car onto runway Airport officials are trying to establish how a man, who police said was under the influence of drugs, was able to breach security at Suvarnabhumi airport and drive his car onto the runway. Footage of the incident, which took place on Thursday afternoon, showed the car being escorted off the runway by airports officials. A plane could be seen in the background. The driver was arrested and a search of his vehicle uncovered a quantity of methamphetamine. The man has been charged with entering a restricted area of an airport, illegal possession of drugs and driving under the influence of drugs. In a statement, the Airports of Thailand confirmed the incident, saying the man was apprehended “quickly”. -- © Copyright Thai Visa News 2021-01-14 - Whatever you're going through, the Samaritans are here for you - Follow Thaivisa on LINE for breaking COVID-19 updates 1
