STUDMEYER
( Asking for a fiend!) Expat couple divorcing in Chiang Mai with kids - They need a professional mediator or negotiator to help them settle their affairs outside of the legal system A couple of names have been recommended to them already but these mediators are no longer working here. If you have any names suggestions, greatly appreciated. Thank you SM

STUDMEYER
Yes - Both expats. What's the Wall?
Dante99
The Wall is my error, just googled and it is The Well, a Counseling service, Christian but not heavy if client is not. Been 6 years or so since I got info when they did help a friend through some issues. English speaking, probably free, make a contribution. They have qualified experienced people. Popular Post sherwood
For crying out lowd. Which, this is, a cry for help. Sorry for that but two adults should be able to sort things out themselves.\ If my Thai wife ever wanted to divorce me, no problem and I have a fella with a tractor on standby most of the year round. Her uncle on her fathers side. Good man. He only wants salvage rights.

just_Elaine
Many, many years ago, I did my own divorce in California using a book from Nolo books. There are a lot of items to think about and preparation of a marital settlement agreement was key. So I am suggesting they get Nolo's Essential Guide to Divorce to help them.
