Chanute Land Measure - Rejecting a Chanute

Recommended Posts

We had a land measure, the land is Nor Sor 3 Gor and we plan to make it chanute

The neighbour did not turn up at the measure and then went to the land office to sign that they reject the land measure, so we cannot make chanute.

The neighbour will not agree the border, period.

So can we never make chanute?

this can only be a delaying tactic. borders will be imposed eventually. I suspect your neighbour has stolen land and is trying to avoid giving it up: he will not get away with this forever. they have local records. you may need a lawyer to move things along
