ubonjoe Posted January 21, 2021 Share Posted January 21, 2021 You can do the report up to 15 days before or 7 days after the report date including that day in the count. If you cannot do it within that window the hospital probably has people that can do it for you. Most private hospitals have staff that can handle such thing for you.
