Tony M Posted January 21, 2021 Share Posted January 21, 2021 Yes, you can. But be aware that the evidence for your wife's employment must be for the same period as your own tax year evidence. That is, if you are a sole trader, then your evidence will be for the last full financial tax year April to March). If you are a director of your own company, then your tax year will normally be the same as the company tax year.
