Popular Post koratkarlos
For the last several days on my mobile I get advertisements but little content from this website. It is hard to tell if Google or Thaivisa is getting more greedy, or maybe there is a technical issue. But I remember the internet from when it started with unbiased search results and little advertising. Now the ads are more prominent than content. And this is progress. Or maybe I am just an old man with a different view of how the new world should be. 7
Popular Post Bangyai
' We will try not to show this content again ' This is the message you get from Google after seeing the same adverts zillions of times. If they were to remove the word 'not ' it would at least be true. It's the same on you tube. I didn't mind adverts at the beginning or end of a song but right in the middle is too much . As a consequence I don't use you tube for music any more. Advertisers don't seem to appreciate the negative impact impolite and intrusive advertising have on their business. For sure , it scares away more business than it attracts when it is shoved against your nose interrupting your pleasure. Discrete ,relevant advertising works a lot better in my opinion. 5
tonray
It's called monetization....they don't care about your experience...they only care if you come here and get a popup ad which means they generate revenue. Because this site is rather unique and in a way has a captive audience and little competition...they simply will exploit it to the fullest extent possible.

soi3eddie
The ThaiVisa site has had a lot of issues recently and it appears that they have been switching technologies from Cloudflare to another Content Delivery Network (CDN). I've had several outages in the last week and now get their homepage with advertising but no content (see below). I find the forum very useful but overburdened by intrusive advertising - it's not quite unusable yet but not far off. Why not consider a subscription service for those of us willing to pay a small fee for a better experience without the no value adverts? Has anyone here every bought off the adverts anyway? 1

Previous management tried to introduce a subscription service, but found massive member resistance to the idea and scrapped it.
