hapark
Scenario. Working in Bangkok with valid WP and extension of stay. Move to Chonburi during contract. Question 1. Assuming original WP and extension of stay paperwork done at One stop Chamchuri in Bangkok, where would subsequent renewals take place? Question 2. If resign during contract, and switch to retirement extension before end of contract, where would the paperwork be done (for cancel WP, and change reason of extension to retirement). Would this require doing paperwork in 2 different provinces? Thank you for your advice.
ubonjoe
1. At the one stop center in Bangkok. 2. Cancel extension at one stop center and apply for extension based upon retirement at immigration in Chonburi.
AgMech Cowboy
Wow! For once, I knew the answer, but ubonjoe was so much more concise than I could have been. (and, yes, I'm commenting just to rack up a post. ????. Now give me a like to improve my community rating. ????)
Bradmeister
I stand with Ubunjoe, However. If you have not secured your resident card and yellow book, now would be a good time. At lease 3 provinces are enquiring copies of these documents. Maybe Chonburi has not received the memo yet. Happy hunting

How do these documents relate to the original scenario and questions?
